Afriven provides an order tracking feature for Customers to track the status of their orders. This feature is available on the website and can also be accessed through the Customer's account.

If your order has been shipped, the order tracking page will display a tracking number and a link to the shipping company's website. You can use the tracking number to track the progress of your order on the shipping company's website.
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as if your order is lost or damaged, you should contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided. If the shipping company is unable to resolve the issue, you can contact Afriven customer service for assistance.
You may be able to change or cancel your order if it is still in the pending or processing status. If you wish to make any changes or cancellations, you should contact Afriven customer service
