These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to all vendors who register to use the website and sell their products and/or drop ship products through the website (each a "Vendor" and collectively, the "Vendors"), as well as Customers who purchase products through the website. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website. These Terms may be amended from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them for any updates or changes. Your continued use of the website after any changes to these Terms have been made will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility
To be eligible to register as a Vendor and list products on the website, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract Be the owner or authorized representative of the business or products you are listing on the website To be eligible to purchase products on the website as a Customer, you must: be at least 18 years old. have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The website reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at any time, in its sole discretion, if it determines that a Vendor or Customer is ineligible or in violation of these Terms.
Product Listing
As a Vendor, you are responsible for accurately and truthfully describing your products on the website, including all relevant details, features, and specifications. You may not list any illegal, counterfeit, or stolen items on the website. The website reserves the right to remove any product listings that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.
Pricing and Payments
As a Vendor, you are responsible for setting the prices for your products on the website. You must ensure that the prices for your products are competitive and reflect the value of the products. In addition to the price of the products, a small markup will be added to each product to support order processing and other related expenses. The amount of the markup may vary depending on the category of the product and may be subject to change at any time. The final price of the product, including the markup, will be displayed to Customers on the website. All payments for your products will be processed through the website's payment system. You will receive a percentage of the sale price as your commission, which will be calculated based on the final price of the product, including the markup. You will be responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your commission. As a Customer, you agree to pay the price for the products that you purchase, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You may pay for your purchases using the payment methods accepted by the website, which may include credit card, debit card, or online payment services. You authorize the website to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchases, including any applicable taxes and fees. If you are a Customer and you are dissatisfied with the price of a product, including the markup, you should contact the Vendor directly to discuss the issue. Termination

Upon termination, you will no longer be able to list or sell products on the website or purchase products as a Customer. Your access to your account and all information, content, and materials associated with your account may be terminated, and the website may delete any such information, content, and materials at any time, without liability to you. You understand and agree that any termination of your account and access to the website may be affected without prior notice, and you agree that the website will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. You may also be liable to the website for any damages or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your inappropriate or unlawful use of the website. The website reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies against you for any such breach or misuse.
Dispute resolution
