At Afriven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling fees. For returns due to receiving a wrong or damaged product, you have up to 10 days from the delivery date to request a refund. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and must be in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts, not due to our error, will not be eligible for a return. Once we receive your returned product and have inspected it, we will send you a notification via email or SMS to let you know that we have received the product. Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all parts and accessories included.
